ATTORNEY PROFILES

 

William J. Brennan, Jr. (wbrennan@fitzlaw.com) is retired, having practiced with the firm for over 40 years. He headed the trial department for over 11 years. Bill received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Creighton University and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu. Bill is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and was past state chairman for the College. He is a past member of the House of Delegates to the Nebraska Bar Association. Bill specializes in product liability and insurance coverage disputes and has litigated several complex actions in these areas over the last 36 years. Bill also handled business and general litigation cases. Bill is a member of the Federation of Insurance Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Bill is admitted to practice before all Nebraska federal and state courts, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Claims and Military Court of Appeals.
