ATTORNEY PROFILES

 

Camille R. Hawk (chawk@fitzlaw.com) earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Creighton University in 1990 and her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1994. While in college and law school, Ms. Hawk was a member of the Dean’s list and earned the AmJur award in two of her classes. She has taught several seminars covering the areas of foreclosure law, collection law and creditor-debtor relations, and has authored several articles related to creditor rights.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Hawk worked in the financial services industry as a Senior Account Manager. She serves on the Omaha Chapter of the Creighton University Alumni Advisory Board, the Duchesne Academy Alumnae Board, and the Omaha Street School Board. She also serves as a Director of the Northwest Rotary Chapter in Omaha and sits on the “Keep Kids Alive - Drive 25” Board. She is the Chair of the Executive Committee for the Bank Attorneys Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She has volunteered with the Juvenile Diversion program through the Boy Scouts of America and was a Congressional campaign volunteer. Ms. Hawk is admitted to practice before federal and state courts in Nebraska, and practices in the areas of real estate and lending, banking law and creditor rights.
