ATTORNEY PROFILES

 

Frank J. Mihulka (fmihulka@fitzlaw.com) graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1983. While at Creighton, Frank was on the Board of Editors of the Creighton Law Review. Following his graduation, he served as clerk for the late Honorable Albert G. Schatz, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and he practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona before joining the firm in 1986. Frank is a member of the Arizona and Nebraska State Bar Associations and practices in our real estate, financing and corporate areas.  Frank is one of only two Nebraska attorneys in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, an organization that recognizes attorneys who are highly skilled and experienced in real estate secured lending and related practice.
