ATTORNEY PROFILES

Carla Heathershaw Risko (crisko@fitzlaw.com) joined the firm in 1999 after serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska. Carla has an undergraduate degree in political science from Creighton University and graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1994. While attending law school, she was a member of the Creighton Law Review, the Moot Court Board and the Advanced Trial Practice Team. Carla is a member of the Firm’s Business and Litigation Departments and specializes in employment and benefits law. She is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Nebraska and Iowa and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
