ATTORNEY PROFILES

 

Bruce D. Vosburg (bvosburg@fitzlaw.com) has practiced law for over 30 years since receiving his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He received both a B.A. degree in English and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. After law school, he became the law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge John W. Delahant, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Bruce is the President and managing partner of the firm, and is chair of the firm's corporate and securities department. He concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law as well as trademark, copyright and intellectual property law and litigation. He is past Chairman of the Securities Law Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association, a past member of the Executive Committee of the Omaha Bar Association, and a Fellow of the Nebraska Bar Foundation and American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and in Who's Who in American Law. Bruce is a past member of the Board of his church, the City of Omaha Parks Board (past Chair) the Durham Western Heritage Museum and the Executive Committee of the United States Tennis Association and serves on the Boards of the Omaha Public Library Foundation (past President), Nebraska Appleseed Legal Foundation, Missouri Valley/US Tennis Association and the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo Membership Council.
