Andrew M. Bath (abath@fitzlaw.com) joined the firm in 2003 as of counsel after practicing law for twenty years in Wisconsin, where he practiced in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and general corporate and business law. He is a 1983 graduate of the Marquette University School of Law and graduated in 1979 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a double major in Political Science and Economics, and a double minor in Business and Psychology. He has considerable experience representing banks, insurance companies, manufacturers, short and long haul truckers, corporations and individuals in complicated personal injury, products liability, general liability, workers compensation, and insurance coverage litigation. He has served as a director on a number of corporate and charitable boards and has been in business himself as an owner of a manufacturing company. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in both Nebraska and Wisconsin.
