Nick R. Taylor (ntaylor@fitzlaw.com) has been practicing with the firm since graduating with high distinction from the University of Iowa Law School in 1981. Nick is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Iowa and the U.S. Tax Court. Nick practices extensively in the areas of estate planning, trusts and family business planning. He is the past President of the Omaha Estate Planning Council, past Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association Section on Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law and board member and past President of the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute. Nick serves on the board and is past chair of Brookside Church, is past president of Northwest Rotary of Omaha, and serves on the Methodist Hospital Foundation Board, the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, and the Planned Giving Committee of the University of Nebraska Foundation.  He teaches tax planning seminars for attorneys and other professionals and is recognized in Who's Who in American Law and Best Lawyers in America. Nick is a member of the invitation-only American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an international association of estate planning attorneys, and serves at the national level on its Retirement Benefits Planning Committee and Charitable Planning Committee.
